Kim
I started my career in Sales and Management and became a European Sales Manager in my early 20’s. I became an aesthetician in Canada in 2000 where I went to University for 1 year and studied all aspects of the spa industry including skin care, waxing, body care, nails and massage. I then owned my own spa which I sold when I met my husband and moved to Orange County, CA. I have worked in the Spa Industry for 17 years and thoroughly love all aspects of it. As the manager of Drops of Beauty, I love to build a thriving team and my passion is to help clients achieve their goals and feel awesome about life!
Vincent
Vincent Marino, MD, has been a medical director and in the field of cosmetic medicine for over 10 years. Previously, during his 25 years of practicing medicine, Dr. Marino was the president of the Scottsdale Emergency Associates and the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospitals. Dr. Marino graduated from University of Arizona's College of Medicine in 1988.
As Drops of Beauty's medical director, Dr. Marino is responsible for creating and maintaining a safe, compliant medical environment.
Marcella
Marcella received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Grand Canyon University. She has worked in the cosmetic surgery services for 11 years. Marcella is Certified by the Laser Institute in Scottsdale, AZ in both Botox and filler injection procedures. Marcella, in her sixties, is living testament that exercise, a healthy diet, and "natural" amounts of Botox/fillers are the key factors to maintaining health and beauty. “Age is just a number so set a goal and watch the transformations you may have thought impossible.”
Marcella is an Arizona Native raised in the mining towns of Clifton and Morenci, Greenlee County.
Nicole
As a Licensed Massage Therapist, it is my favorite part to be able to help facilitate those who are looking to feeling well. My journey in massage therapy began just about 18 years ago in California at Thousand Oaks Healing Arts Institute.
I have continued with expanding my knowledge and skills at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts here in Arizona. I enjoy the opportunity to connect with my clients and I am very interested in helping you with feeling your best! I use DoTerra essential oils in my services and recommend you take some home for your optimal health benefits.
Kim D.
Kimberly hails from the great state of Tennessee. She moved to Arizona in September 2019 after spending the previous twenty-three years traveling the world as the spouse of an Air Force veteran. Kimberly has extensive experience in customer service, dating back to 1998 when she was a Child Care Development Specialist at Holloman AFB, New Mexico. She continued in this position for 9 years, moving to Misawa Air Base, Japan and again to Aviano Air Base, Italy where she moved into a Lead Administrator position in 2007. Kimberly moved to Columbia, South Carolina in 2016 where she again took on a position in customer service by working as a Customer Service Associate at the Bank of America.
Kimberly joined the Drops of Beauty Team in December 2021 as an Administrative Specialist. She is thrilled be a part of the Drops of Beauty team and enjoys seeing the smiles on the clients faces after receiving skincare treatment, products and other services that are provided.
GAIL
Gail has been a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2016 and RN since 2010. Originally from Chicago, she became a certified neurotoxin and dermal filler injector in 2019 before moving to Arizona in 2020.
Gail’s top priorities as an injector is patient safety and satisfaction. In her spare time, she keeps up-to-date with the newest injection techniques and latest aesthetic trends. She loves the effects of cosmetic injectables and our other services and because of their ability to enhance our clients’ natural beauty.
She also enjoys golfing, hiking and skiing when the weather allows. She lives with her small family in Cave Creek, AZ.
Jamie
Jamie is one of our Registered Nurses here at Drops of Beauty who specializes in cosmetic injections and laser treatments. She has been working in the esthetics industry since 2015, and she is diligent at learning and maintaining currency on the latest techniques, products, and procedures by attending seminars and training throughout the country. She has a Hospitality Management Degree from Widener University in Philadelphia and a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She has been certified as a Cosmetic Injector and Laser Technician through National Laser Institute where she also teaches multiple classes including the laser course. In order to provide our patients with the best treatments available, Jamie is certified to provide neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP, Kybella, sclerotherapy, microneedling, laser hair Removal, IPL, laser resurfacing and cellulite reduction.
Jamie is definitely an extrovert. She loves engaging with our patients, volunteering in the community, spending time with her family and traveling.
Carlos
Carlos, CLT-LE, is a professional, personable, caring skin care professional who helps his diverse clientele achieve youthful beauty. He offers next-level skin care guidance and treatments using the latest, most up-to-date procedures and technologies. Carlos has more than 13 years of experience working in upscale med spas in the East Valley. He provides a unique, artistic, reliable approach to treatment, providing consistency as he delivers the freshest, most flattering anti-aging results.
Carlos specializes in anti-aging treatments that address pigmentation issues, deep wrinkles, fine lines, and acne-prone skin. He combines traditional practices with cutting-edge procedures, using a skillful touch and his many years of experience to help clients with any skin type look and feel younger. Carlos takes the entire cosmetic experience up a notch by only using the finest products on the market.
His personalized style ensures clients are confident in their appearance. He treats them like family and tailors each treatment to their unique needs, exceeding their expectations and ensuring they look their best at every age. Carlos welcomes new and existing clients to Drops of Beauty and looks forward to helping them achieve their beauty goals.
Amber
Amber entered the aesthetics industry in 2001 when she began as a back-up receptionist at Advanced Laser Clinics, moving up the corporate ladder as an Office & Licensee Production Coordinator for over 80 clinics. While she was working at corporate, she worked nights as a Laser Technician at Advanced Laser Clinics of Lynnwood, WA. She steadily moved up the ranks from Laser Technician to Northwest Regional Manager. Amber ended her corporate career to begin conducting freelance business consulting and specializing in the med spa industry. She continues to further educate herself in the industry, holding degrees and certifications that include: BSBA from Old Dominion University, LMA, CPT/IV, CLT, Ultherapy, Plasma Pen, CoolSculpting, Microneedling, OSHA-Blood Pathogens, First-Aid, PRP and PRF. She is currently enrolled in a nursing program to get her Masters of Nursing.
Rachel
Rachel is a highly skilled and experienced Licensed Aesthetician, Licensed Aesthetic Instructor, and Certified Laser Technician with over 23 years of experience in the industry. She has a strong passion for skincare and has dedicated her career to helping clients achieve their desired aesthetic goals.
With expertise in a wide range of skincare treatments, Rachel excels in providing facials, laser treatments, microneedling, brow shaping, and makeup applications. She is known for her exceptional skills in laser treatments, including RF, IPL, laser hair removal, and C02 treatments. Rachel is also proficient in administering medical-grade chemical peels, ensuring optimal results for her clients.
In addition to her extensive practical experience, Rachel has a background in education. She has successfully facilitated lesson plans and written curriculum as an Aesthetic Instructor at the Southwest Institute of Natural Aesthetics since 2020. Her ability to effectively teach and share her knowledge has made her a respected educator in the field.
Sung
Sung is an adult geriatric nurse practitioner. She also helps patients address and manage the consequences of overweight and obesity. Early treatment and management of obesity results in a healthier life. She loves helping improve the lives of her patients through science.
Karla
Karla has been an RN for the past 34 years, receiving her Associates in 1992 and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration in 2005. Throughout her nursing career she has worked in various areas of healthcare with the majority of her career focused in the emergency department and the critical care setting.
In 2019 she obtained a certificate in aesthetics with various trainings in aesthetics to perfect her skill level, advancing her knowledge and ability to enhance her clients natural beauty. Karla strives to do what is best for her clients and takes great pride in assisting clients in becoming their best selves. Karla's love for aesthetics is evidenced by the time and care she takes with her clients in educating them on various modalities and assisting them in making well educated choices in their aesthetic journey.
When Karla is not working she enjoys time with her family and staying active doing both pilates and hot yoga.
Payton
Payton is one of our registered nurses who received her Bachelors in the Science of Nursing from Heritage University. She is originally from Washington State, making her journey to Arizona to be closer to family. With two years of aesthetic nursing experience, she prides herself on providing patient centered, detail-oriented care. Safety, along with enhancing clients’ natural beauty is her priority. She believes that through aesthetic medicine we can highlight uniqueness and diversity while promoting wellness.
Payton is currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Nursing Practice- Family NP program. With this advancement she plans to continue serving in aesthetic medicine to provide the latest and highest quality care possible.
Clarice
I’m Clarice! I got my start in the beauty industry when I became a licensed cosmetologist in 2009. I quickly realized not only do I love the act of making people feel like they look better on the outside I also get a huge sense of accomplishment when someone expresses how much better they are feeling through the process!
Becoming a registered nurse was always a part of my plan. Bedside nursing gave me the ability to grow in a whole new manner. I got to give one on one care patients, help through the hard times and celebrate milestones. Holistic nursing allowed me to take care of the patient as a whole; body, mind, spirit and emotions. Pursuing a career in Medical Aesthetics gives me the opportunity to continue treating patients in a new environment but with the same goal at the end of the day! My focus is to not only educate my patients on products and treatments but also to be fully educated as an injector on everything old and new!
When I’m not working you can find me hanging out with family and friends, listening to a podcast or watching my daughter dance her heart out!
Lanni
​​With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Lanni brings a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate touch to Drops of Beauty Anti-Aging Medical Spa. As an experienced aesthetic nurse practitioner from Southern California, Lanni specializes in enhancing natural beauty while ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
Before transitioning to aesthetics, Lanni worked for 10 years as a registered nurse in labor and delivery, where she developed exceptional skills in patient care, attention to detail, and creating a comforting environment for patients. This background in women's health and maternity care provides a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the emotional aspects of healthcare.
Lanni has been at the forefront of aesthetic treatments, offering a range of services designed to help clients look and feel their best. Whether it's non-invasive procedures, injectables, or skin rejuvenation, Lanni is dedicated to providing personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals. Patients appreciate her gentle touch, meticulous approach, and talent for balancing facial features.
